Biography

​

My current research is in exploring the role of the immune system in the development of Bone Marrow Failure (BMF) syndromes and the interaction between the immune system and malignant clones.

​

My previous research focussed on exploring DNA methylation as a potential mediator of early life exposures on risk of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). I also used a two-sample Mendelian randomization approach to analyse existing genome-wide association and epigenome-wide data to consider the role of DNA methylation as a potential mediator of environmental exposures on childhood ALL risk.
